Spiritual Month

This month was a big one for us.  Jacey, and Jax got blessed in February.  Jordyn got Baptized as well.  Jax is Lloyd's nephew and Jordyn is his neice.

Jacey getting ready for the big event!

Lloyd and Jacey after the baby blessing at the luncheon we had it at the Senior Citizens Center in Fairview.  The blessing was beautiful.  Lloyd did such a great job.  She is a blessed little girl to have such a great dad that holds the Priesthood!  It wasn't fast Sunday, but I was asked to come up and bare my testimony.  I had a feeling before church that, that would happen.  So I wasn't surprised to much :)

Aunt Toni and Jacey.  Toni made Jacey's blessing dress.  She looked like an angel.  Toni did such a great job!!! She is amazing!

Uncle Larry and Jacey

Uncle Nick, Lloyd, Jacey, Aunt Chris, Cousin Jeremy and Kristine

It was so awesome to have most of Lloyds family there.  It meant a lot us that they all came.

Lloyd Jacey and I.  I changed out of my dress to be more comfortable at the luncheon.  I totally forgot about pictures.  which is weird of me because thats all I think about is pictures.  I must have been distracted :)

Kristen Jacey and me.  Kristen is such a stinker!!!!!!  I had talked to kristen multiple time before Jacey's baby blessing.  I planned to do it in February so that She would make it in time for the blessing.  Kristen tired and tried to get on the patriot (its a flight for military families to come home...)  She didn't make it on the flight that she thought she would.  She told me that she wasn't going to make it.  I was so sad!  If she was going to make it in time she would have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to do so.   She told me that she was going to keep trying to get on the patriot standby.  I was super bummed.
The night before the blessing I was sitting home it was about 10 pm.  Lloyd and I heard a knock on the front door.  The first thought that popped into my head was a salesman??? This late.  ha ha nope.  We don't get very many visitors in Fairview, let alone at 10 o'clock at night.  I couldn't imagine who it would be... so I didn't I was to tired.  Lloyd went and got the door.  He said Katie you need to come see this.  I was so confused.  Someone started walking up the stairs.  She tricked me!  It was Kristen!  I was in Shock!  She made it, but how!  Yep she spent the money to make it for her sissy.  Jacey won't remember but I will.  I Love her so much!  I am so blessed to have such an awesome sister!  She sent the message that family is more important than money.  She didn't have to do that but she did! What a good lesson to learn.  That is why she is the big sister... I am continually learning form her example.

Addie, Melissa, Bri, Kristen, Me, Jacey, Grandma Paula, Cyndi, Teri, Grandma Patsy :)

My mom made all the arrangements.  She planned and prepared the meal and rented the center.  Aunt Patsy and everyone helped get the food and the tables ready.  I am so thankful for such a great family.  I have tears in my eyes as I am thinking about it.  We had an awesome day.  Thanks Everyone!
