Spiritual Month

This month was a big one for us.  Jacey, and Jax got blessed in February.  Jordyn got Baptized as well.  Jax is Lloyd's nephew and Jordyn is his neice.

Jacey getting ready for the big event!

Lloyd and Jacey after the baby blessing at the luncheon we had it at the Senior Citizens Center in Fairview.  The blessing was beautiful.  Lloyd did such a great job.  She is a blessed little girl to have such a great dad that holds the Priesthood!  It wasn't fast Sunday, but I was asked to come up and bare my testimony.  I had a feeling before church that, that would happen.  So I wasn't surprised to much :)

Grandma Gleave, Lloyd Jacey and I

Me, Lloyd, Jacey, Grandma and Grandpa Anderson

Aunt Toni and Jacey.  Toni made Jacey's blessing dress.  She looked like an angel.  Toni did such a great job!!! She is amazing!

Lloyd, Michelle, Jacey, Kristi ( Lloyds nieces )

Uncle Larry and Jacey

Uncle Nick, Lloyd, Jacey, Aunt Chris, Cousin Jeremy and Kristine

It was so awesome to have most of Lloyds family there.  It meant a lot us that they all came.

Lloyd Jacey and I.  I changed out of my dress to be more comfortable at the luncheon.  I totally forgot about pictures.  which is weird of me because thats all I think about is pictures.  I must have been distracted :)

Kristen Jacey and me.  Kristen is such a stinker!!!!!!  I had talked to kristen multiple time before Jacey's baby blessing.  I planned to do it in February so that She would make it in time for the blessing.  Kristen tired and tried to get on the patriot (its a flight for military families to come home...)  She didn't make it on the flight that she thought she would.  She told me that she wasn't going to make it.  I was so sad!  If she was going to make it in time she would have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to do so.   She told me that she was going to keep trying to get on the patriot standby.  I was super bummed.
The night before the blessing I was sitting home it was about 10 pm.  Lloyd and I heard a knock on the front door.  The first thought that popped into my head was a salesman??? This late.  ha ha nope.  We don't get very many visitors in Fairview, let alone at 10 o'clock at night.  I couldn't imagine who it would be... so I didn't I was to tired.  Lloyd went and got the door.  He said Katie you need to come see this.  I was so confused.  Someone started walking up the stairs.  She tricked me!  It was Kristen!  I was in Shock!  She made it, but how!  Yep she spent the money to make it for her sissy.  Jacey won't remember but I will.  I Love her so much!  I am so blessed to have such an awesome sister!  She sent the message that family is more important than money.  She didn't have to do that but she did! What a good lesson to learn.  That is why she is the big sister... I am continually learning form her example.

Addie, Melissa, Bri, Kristen, Me, Jacey, Grandma Paula, Cyndi, Teri, Grandma Patsy :)

My mom made all the arrangements.  She planned and prepared the meal and rented the center.  Aunt Patsy and everyone helped get the food and the tables ready.  I am so thankful for such a great family.  I have tears in my eyes as I am thinking about it.  We had an awesome day.  Thanks Everyone!

Paisly and Nya so excited to play in the snow!  They done get much snow in Arizona ;)

Kevin loving the snow!

Bri getting ready to eat the snow!

They house was crazy with all the nieces and nephew... ha ha poor little Kevin.  They were all in town for Jacey's baby blessing.  Dad and Ben took all the little kids out for a sleigh ride.

Girls Day out.  We loved spending time together.  It had been a while since we had all been together! We spent the day shopping.  Lloyd met up with us later so Kev wasn't the only boy all day.  We got cafe Rio for dinner of course :) It had been a while since Kristen Had Had it.

Me getting my hair highlighted.  Melissa comes to Fairview every 6 weeks.  I made it in on the rotation :)

My mom and dad thought it would be fun to make sugar cookies with the grandkids.  You can see on Paisly's face how fun it was!  They loved it!

Dad helping them cut out the cookies

The girls gave Kev bubbles for his birthday.  It was to cold outside so we blew bubbles in the tub instead.

One of our snowboarding expeditions.  Kev got to come with Kristen me and Lloyd this time.  Lloyd took him down a hill a few times.

Kristens turn to pull him.

RaDaun came up from St George to go snowboarding up walkers run.  Lloyd took Gav and Kevin down on the sled.  They said it was FREEZING!

Jacey at her 4 month check up.  Everything looks good!  She is right on schedule.

January

We went up and stayed with my Aunt Jeri for the night and did their family pictures.  We had a good time.  Our dogs didn't get along as well as I had hoped.  :(  The kids were super cute though!
Natalie's Family

Preston's family

This was Jacey getting her 2 month shots!  We were headed to St. George to find some warmer weather.  On our way we stopped at the Mt. Pleasant Hospital.  The power was out all over the county.  They were still able to give them to her.  She wasn't lucky enough to get out of them this time. :)

When we finally got to St. George we found the same thing we had been running from.... More snow.  This has been a weird year for weather.  The snow has been relentless.

Lloyd and Jerni
Lloyd and I spent our anniversary this year with the kids at Jumpin Jacks.  We had a ton of fun!

We finished off the night at Benja Thai and Sushi.  The place were it all started! We had a great anniversary!

I intentionally made Jacey cry so I could get this pictures.  I know it is a little cruel but I wanted to capture her pouty lip.  I got it :)  It is so disturbing but cute at the same time.

Lloyd, Jacey and I spent a weekend with some friends at their cabin in Heber by Park City...

We spent a lot of time snow machining.

Terry and Lloyd and some other dude.  We met Terry in Alaska.

What a pretty view.  The Snow Machines made it possible to view this pretty sight.  We could see for miles and miles.  We were on top of the mountain!  Without them it wouldn't be possible.  We are so spoiled in these times.  Nature is so beautiful!

Lloyd and I going for another ride.  We had so much fun that weekend.  Once we got inside to warm up we played games.  There were about 30 people that came.  SO MUCH FUN!

RaDaun, Jerni, Jet, Jordyn and Jerzi... Lloyd was pulling them with his 4-wheeler.  They all came up to visit us to see our new house and to play in the snow.

Lloyd and Gavin pulling everyone

Jordyn and Jerzi (Lloyds nieces)

Gavin (Lloyds Nephew)

Sadie was so funny.  Lloyd kept sliding down this hill.  Sadie would jump on the sled time after time and ride it down with him.  She is fearless!

Jordyn and I dug a snow cave.  It was a lot of work, but we had a blast!

John and Bexi up Fairview Canyon.  We took Lloyd up walkers run to show him how fun snow boarding is there.  He loved it.  Lloyd has some skills!  It was fun to watch.  We got him addicted.  Every new snow storm we would head up the mountain to go snow boarding.

I went once.  It was a blast!  I forgot what hard work it is, especially in powder. Lloyd drove this time while Kristen taught me how to snowboard. I was pooped after 3 runs!  I think I'll just stick to being the driver :)

My cousin Lindsay played the piano with the Utah Symphony.  We went up to watch her.  She is amazing!  It was fun the listen and to watch her.

us before the concert started.

Mom, Jacey, Aunt Patsy.  We had a lot of fun.  A lot of the family came to see her preform.  We are all so proud of her accomplishments.
